HearYou.org is offered by Wellness Together, a national non-profit organization
Wellness Together, a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, has provided school-based mental health services since 2016. Our clinicians are in schools and colleges, working alongside staff to support students and help them succeed. We serve individuals and families, including educators and school staff.
HearYou.org was created after seeing firsthand the need to support school communities, guided by a team that cares as much about
your staff’s mental well-being as you do.

School-Based Therapy
Wellness Together’s school-based therapy program places Mental Health Specialists on school campuses to provide crisis intervention, and individual and group counseling to students. Meeting the mental health needs of school communities through skilled, clinically-trained professionals.
