Life's challenges can sometimes be difficult. Whether you're facing mental health struggles, emotional distress, alcohol or drug use concerns, or need someone to talk to, 988 Lifeline counselors are available.

Wellness Education Lab® (WEL)
by Wellness Together

WEL is a FREE and practical online mental health training for students (11+), parents/guardians (also available in Spanish), and educators/ school staff.

Crisis Text Line

Text HOME to 741741 from anywhere in the US- 24/7, free, and confidential. A trained volunteer Crisis Counselor receives the text and responds, all from a secure online platform. Crisis Text Line is available using WhatsApp.

Calm

The Calm app includes meditations, sleep stories, movement exercises, journals, and music to care for your emotional health and wellness. Available on desktop, Apple, and Android devices.
